Ready for the day the inspector calls

A daily record per person, four years of retention, traceable corrections and a portal with its own key for the inspector. Nothing to rebuild by hand.

Legal obligation

Recording working time stopped being optional in 2019

Royal Decree-Law 8/2019 amended article 34.9 of the Spanish Workers' Statute: every company must record each worker's daily working time, with start and end times, and keep those records for four years.

The fine is the least of it. Without a valid record, a company facing an overtime claim has lost its main defence. The real cost is rarely the penalty: it is what gets conceded afterwards.

Audit

A record that survives an inspection

Every clock-in and every change is chained with a verifiable hash. Nothing is deleted: corrections are recorded with a reason, an author and a date, which is exactly what gives the record its evidential value.

  • Integrity chain — any later alteration breaks the chain and is plain to see.
  • Inspectorate portal — the inspector logs in with their own key, without touching your admin panel.
  • 4-year retention — the full history stays available and exportable as CSV or PDF.
  • Overtime alert — warns as anyone approaches the 80-hour annual limit in Art. 35.2 of the Workers' Statute.
Your data

Every centre in its own instance

There is no shared database where every client ends up. Your centre has its own, with its own subdomain and its own backups.

A private instance per centre

Your own subdomain and your own database, separate from every other client. Nothing is shared between centres.

Automatic backups

Regular, verified backups of the whole system, retained long enough to restore an earlier state.

Role-based access

Administrator, supervisor and employee each see exactly what their role allows. Every access is logged.

Encrypted sick notes

Medical certificates and other documents are stored encrypted on disk: without the centre's key they cannot be read.

Shall we look at it with your own rota?

Half an hour on a video call, with your sections and your staff list on the table. No sales deck and no commitment.
